Greetings ETO TEAM!
In light of Governor Kemp’s allowance to open fitness facilities, ETO Martial Arts & Fitness will reopen with a modified class schedule beginning Saturday April 25. ETO instructors and staff are committed to ensure we are taking necessary steps to protect our students, families and patrons. We are asking for everyone’s cooperation as we comply with safety guidelines. We understand that each person and family has a unique set of circumstances, so we have tried to provide a temporary program to meet various needs:

In light of Governor Kemp’s allowance to open fitness facilities, ETO Martial Arts & Fitness will reopen with a modified class schedule beginning Saturday April 25. ETO instructors and staff are committed to ensure we are taking necessary steps to protect our students, families and patrons. We are asking for everyone’s cooperation as we comply with safety guidelines. We understand that each person and family has a unique set of circumstances, so we have tried to provide a temporary program to meet various needs:
- For those who feel more comfortable to continue with Shelter in Place, please utilize the ETO AT HOME Training Plan.
- Print off the monthly “ETO AT HOME Training Tracker” and follow directions to track up to 3 hours of class credits per week.
- Click on the videos featured on the ETO Training playlist to follow along with some of your favorite instructors to perfect your techniques. If you have lost the link, email us at etomartialarts@gmail.com.
- Turn in your training tracker to a member of the ETO Head Instructor team. The Instructors will review training hours and schedule pre-tests as needed.
- In Person Modified Class Schedule beginning Saturday 4/25:
- Saturday: Cardio Kick at 8:15 AM, Family Class at 9:35-10:20 AM and ages 14+ at 10:35 AM
- Monday: Cardio Kick at 5:00 PM, Family Class from 6:05 – 6:50 PM and ages 14+ at 7:05 PM
- Thursday: Cardio Kick at 5:00 PM, Family Class from 6:05 – 6:50 PM and ages 14+ at 7:05 PM
- ETO will continue with Cleaning & Disinfection Procedures
- ETO will maintain Social Distancing Protocols to include:
- “No Contact” Sparring Drills in Class
- Students are allowed to wear masks, gloves & socks with rubber grips in class IF preferred.
- Employee Health Checks
- Sick participants are required to stay at home.
- No children may be left without parent/guardian when their class is not in session.
- The Dragon’s Lair will be closed until further notice.
- Reminder: Be sure to remove all personal items from ETO cubbies and Do Jang. Items left will be discarded.

In order to comply with Federal, State, & Local guidelines, ETO will be closed for regular class schedule Tuesday March 24 until further notice.
However, don’t forget to join in the “ETO AT HOME Training Plan”!
This “On Your Honor” training program allows you to continue earning class credits while homebound.
The instructors and staff of ETO Martial Arts & Fitness are committed to ensure we are taking necessary steps to protect our students, families and patrons. Monday & Thursday
5:00 PM – Cardio Kick
6:00 PM – Family Class ages 3 - adult
7:00 PM – Adult ages 13+
Saturday
8:15 AM – Cardio Kick
9:30 AM - Family Class ages 3 - adult
10:30 AM – Adult ages 13+
Another option to live classes, students may join us for our “ETO AT HOME Training Plan”!!!

3/16/2020 COVID-19 Update
The instructors and staff of ETO Martial Arts & Fitness is committed to ensure we are taking necessary steps to protect our students, families and patrons. As the Coronavirus situation continues to evolve, we will keep our DoJang open with the following precautions:
Finally, we will continue to monitor this evolving situation and take necessary steps to protect our ETO circle. We will provide updates as needed. We pray for safety and health for all.
ETO Instructors and Staff
- We ask that all members and guests with fever, cough, or exposure to anyone with Coronavirus or any other communicable disease to refrain from coming to class until well.
- We will attempt to avoid handshakes during this time, giving us more reason to demonstrate our customary bow for respectful greetings.
- We will temporarily suspend sparring in classes.
- This year’s Battle of Kennesaw will become a virtual tournament.
- We will continue to clean, disinfect & sanitize the DoJang daily.
- We firmly recommend the following preventative measures to keep yourself healthy:
- Wash your hands often (scrub hands with soap for at least 20 seconds)
- Use alcohol-based hand sanitizer if soap and water are unavailable.
- Cough and sneeze into your arm, not your hand, or cover with a tissue.
- Avoid touching your eyes, nose and mouth with your hands.
- Regularly clean surfaces and objects with a disinfecting wipe, including your phone, computer screens, iPad, etc.
- Avoid close contact, maintain a distance of 6 feet where possible.
- If you suspect you have been in contact with someone who might be infected, please contact your health care provider.
Finally, we will continue to monitor this evolving situation and take necessary steps to protect our ETO circle. We will provide updates as needed. We pray for safety and health for all.
